Refund Policy

At TrackSecure, we value your trust and aim to deliver reliable security solutions at all times. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our services.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to TrackSecure are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
  • Refunds are processed only under valid circumstances and in line with the terms outlined below.
  • By purchasing our services, you agree to the conditions of this Refund Policy.

2. Refunds for Security Services (Manned Guarding, Event Security, Patrols)

  • Deposits: Deposits made for booking security personnel are non-refundable, except in cases where TrackSecure is unable to fulfill the service.
  • Cancellations by Client: If you cancel a booking:
    • More than 7 days before service date → Eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before service date → No refund.
  • Cancellations by TrackSecure: If we are unable to provide the agreed service, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Refunds for Installation Services (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control)

  • Once installation work has begun, refunds will not be issued for payments already made.
  • For cancellations before work begins, a 70% refund will be provided (30% retained as administrative/commitment fee).
  • Faulty equipment covered under warranty will be replaced or repaired, but not refunded.

4. Refunds for Phone Tracking Services

  • Subscription Services:
    • Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued for partial or unused periods.
    • Refunds may only be granted if the service fails to function due to TrackSecure’s system fault, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Unauthorized Use: Refunds are not granted if the service is misused, including unlawful or unauthorized tracking.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Consultation fees.
  • Administrative fees.
  • Completed services and used subscriptions.

7. Policy Updates

TrackSecure reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
